Hey guyz! Yesterday at 7pm, we had our performance at Eunos Vista Hub. This occasion was an invitation dinner of a man who was recently promoted in the Eunos RC Council Zone 7. The guest of honour was the mayor of Eunos. The songs that we played for them were 'Chasing Cars' and our original song 'Sweet Sadden Days'. Drums were not available for that performance sow Rauf had to play the guitar. Till then guyz . . .

Performance At Boon Lay Countdown 2007

Our performance at Boon Lay Countdown 2007 featuring cover songs like 'Sway', 'Chasing Cars', 'Rock & Roll Queen', 'Sengkong & Keju', 'You Mean Everything To Me' and lastly our original song, 'Sweet Sadden Days'. We were suppose to play a chinese song called 'Ai Pia Cia E La' but there was'nt any time left for us for play the last song. Aniwaes, our motive for our performance on that dae is to play racial songs, a mix combination with new era music to old sentimentle then to malay and chinese songs

Hip & Hype Nitezout 2006

This was our first performance which was held at Eunos Vista Hub. A party which was called the Hip & Hype Nitezout. It was a party for all Hip Hoppers, Skaters and Dancers. As for us, drums were not available on that time sow we decided to play unplugged. We played an acoustic version of a cover song called 'Chasing Cars' and our original song 'Sweet Sadden Days'.

Our Term Break For Jamming

Hi there guyz and gals. As you all noe, the month of ramadan is cumin, sow we might be taking a break till the the month of ramadan ends. But somehow, we still need to have constant practices. I'm just afraid that with lack of practices, we would sound sucky after our sow called 'Term Break'. Hmmm, but somehow we will try to replan and find slots for our Jamming practices. Alrite now, for todays Jamming practice, it turns out quite fine. All of our original songs seems to be running smooth and but not that steady yet because we still do need a nice melodious solo for our 'Sweet Sadden Days' and i hope Hannan could deal with it ;-). And besides, we just need some good recording devices so that we could post or recorded songs in our band's myspace and also to pick out mistakes that we had made in out original songs.

We Had It That Day

Hi to everyone out there! It has been quite a long tyme since i've updated this blog due to some busy schedules that me and my band members had, and it has been three weeks since we had our last jamming sessions. And last week, we had our jamming session and it was in a total mess. But bit by bit were are able to pick up back our pase from where we left off. To me i felt that just without constant practices or jamming practices, our groove and the momentum for music will lack off. Alrite now, but for todaes jamming session, i was overjoyed by the great success and achievement for our 'Running', 'Sweet Sadden Days' and our newly 'Untitled' song. Aniwae, we had push aside our 'Paranoia Anger' and 'Our Aeging World' song itz because we would want to create another two new songs to replace both of these songs. Alrite dudes!, till then! Hurra!

Settled Songz

Yeah! Today's Jamming was one of our greatest ones! We did setteled refineing our original songs. Altogether, our aim is to complete six original songs. Sow now we had already settled four of our originals which is the 'Running', 'Paranoia Anger', 'Our Ageing World' and 'First Kiss'. We are left with two which is our newly created 'Sweet Sadden Days' and the last one is not in progress yet. But there is alwaes room for refineing our originals as we gow along pickin up experiences and skills as and when theres a need to do some changes for the better for our originals.

Well, guyz . . . today's Jamming did'nt turn out quite well tho. We did'nt really settle and complete refineing some of our original songs especially 'Our Ageing World' song. We did not even played that song cuz i did not finnish writing some part of the lyrics due to my busy schedule. But now itz done sow the next Jamming we will really get all of our materials prepared. Tho we will not be Jamming on the next Friday because we will be off to the Baybeats on that day sow we will Jam on the following week. Thatz all guyz, till next tyme ;-)

It Was Juz A Dancing Spree ! !

Wohoo! Hellow everyone out there! For todae we had completed another of our original song called the 'First Kiss'. Congratulation guyz ! ! Aniwae we are suppose to complete our 'Paranoia Anger' song for todae but somehow we were like enjoying ourselves playin the 'First Kiss' song. After that we started playing our another original song call the 'Our Ageing World' but we did'nt really complete that song. It needs more glitches, fixes and improvements. Sow for the next jamming we will try to complete 'Paranoia Anger' first then 'Our Ageing World'. Haha . . . Zuhri, Hannan and Rauf were like dancing while swinging their guitars . . . ;-)

That Night Was'nt An Illusion ! !

Yeah guyz! Wat a great achievement today man ! ! We've managed to refined and modified our 'Running' song and it really sounded wae better then the other tyme that we had played :-). We really concentrated on our 'Running' song for the whole 2 Hours of Jamming and we really did pull it off! Congratulations for that guyz! Yap, can't wait for the next Jamming to replay our 'Running' song again ;-). Alritez, till then . . . ciow ! !

The Thick Dense Atmosphere

Well guyz . . . todae seem to be the dae that we explored another Jamming Studio. Hmm, we faced a few difficulties regarding Hannans guitar and we did not manage to pull it off tho :-( but somehow we still enjoyed ourselves Jamming there due to the difference in atmosphere being in a different Jamming Studio. While we were Jamming, a few of Rauf's band members came down to watch us Jam. We were kinda dissapointed of ourselves tho cuz we did'nt really showed them that we could play that well due to the lack of communication . . . we had quite alot of mistakes. Hmm . . . one critical point of being a good band is to alwaes communicate within each other . . . Hmm, well guyz . . . thatz the thing that we've learned for todae 'Communication Within Each Other' ;-).

Originality . . .

Well, we really enjoyed ourselves todae due the achievement of accomplishing our original song called 'Running'. This particular song is about people living in this political world full with untruthfull lies. Weather or not their life are following to the correct path to freedom. The slightest mistake you made and your time would be out . . . and ur running away from the creeps . . . BUT! what ACTUALLY are they! . . . u could guess. ~Answer Only Lies With Us~ ;-)

What An Acomplishment ! ! !

Todae was one of our best days of our lifes cuz we had manage to complete all the 9 cover songs and the 'Intromusica' ! ! Wohoo! ! Congratulation guyz! ! After Jamming, we went to a coffee shop to had our dinner as also to celebrate our accomplishment ;-) As a token of appreciation, i treated them which watever food they wanted :-). So as we were eating, we were creating some jokes, laughing here and there and also discussing our plans to resume our own songs and we also made up a new plan to do a new cover songs.

Taking The Small Steps

Todays jamming went as pernormal. We intially had plans to create our own songs but recently we had hold back that plan for a moment cuz we thaught of completing our 9 cover songs including our own made 'Intromusica' which would add up to 10 songs. Our planned deadline is to complete it by the 28 February. And another thing, i would really like to thank Rauf for his job well done by creating our CD cover and a new design logo for our band ;-) Hey man! We really appreciate that! ;-)

Certainly Went Wild!

Wohoo! As for todae, we went to a new Jamming Studio and its dame big man! The place is like for some small stage performance but its not! I'm thinking that the owner of the Studio could even held a mini gig there! Well, just a little discreption of the studio . . . hmm they have new Amps, new Guitars and other Instruments, a Sofa!, a bloody big Stage!! and a big room which you could move around freely! Haha!, we went wild in the Jamming Studio as Rashid, Hannan and Zuhri kept jumping here and there, up the stage then down the stage while Rauf kept jumpin in and out of his Drumming Seat and really banging on the drums as for me i kept giving the Micrphone Stand a small swing! Wohoo!. Well, we really enjoyed out tyme there. Yeah! hope to go there again soon huh guyz!? ;-)

The Pathfinders . . .

Hi guyz! . . . hmm, it seems that our jamming todae turn out well even tho we took a long tyme settin up all of the instruments. Somehow we went to a different Jamming Studio so we faced a few common difficulties like the untuned guitars, the amplifier control adjustments and the microphone sound system. Hmm, well . . . each day that we lived gave us an opportunite to learn something even if its the same or not . . . ;-)

Thinkin Of The Dreams We Had

Well, as you all know that there are many Local Bands in Singapore and only a few could be the best. So as you can see, it is a challenge out there. Talent brings your band up and same goes for MONEY ! ! . . . why did i say money its because better quality instruments or new sofisicated instruments equaivilant to better sounds and tunes. And on top of that, just to record your own album cost about $1,500 . . . for wat i know. Well being a sucessfull band doest'nt comes fast and all of it takes time, just like Coldplay, Radiohead or some other bands . . . they too started from scratch!

Almost Done!

We had accomplished playing Soma, Trying Your Luck and Hard To Explain by The Strokes. Island In The Sun by The Weezers and then Creep by the Radiohead. We will be moving on to High And Dry by the Radiohead then to Yellow and In My Place by Coldplay soon . . . . Hmmm, juz need to do a little brush up on the song, Obstacle No1 by Interpol . . . . that song is a little hard to tackle due to itz unique drumming beat and the quitars especially the Bass. But no worries, we will soon to tackle it ;-)

But it's ok guys . . . . does'nt mean we did'nt do well this time round it's gonna make our morale low . . . .! Have strong faith in ourselves and surely we can do better the next time round. Radiohead!! Coolest . . . . Brit Band

Todays jamming was also a great one. We were really playing the Radiohead song with feelings. This song really grabs our heart man! Creep song really creeps up our pores tho . . . . LoLz!! Even tho itz our first time playing the Radiohead song in jamming time, we were really playing it well . . . . well2 there is always room for improvements . . . . till then, byez!!
